DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM GIFT SETS?

Custom gift sets are created around the holidays. Items are thought of and prepared for ahead of time. We do not do personalize custom gift sets.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the handmade nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations at this time. If there's a problem with your order, please contact us at  Contact@scentauri.com. 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW PRIOR TO PURCHASING FROM YOUR SITE?

Our candle wax melts are handmade and will not be identical to one another. All stones are not created equal, some melts may have more than one depending on size. The evil eye charm style and wax melt color shade may vary. Scent, herbs, stones and intentions will remain the same.

ARE THESE EDIBLE?

As good as they look, NO please do not eat the wax melts. None of our products are made for consumption.

CAN I USE THE WAX MELTS FOR SKINCARE?

No, please do not use on skin.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Processing can take 2-5 business days. Shipping 7-12 business days.

WHAT HELPFUL TIPS SHOULD I KNOW?

1. Shake and/or open candle wax melt box over a trash can to catch any loose products.

2. Wait 30-45 minutes for the candle wax melt scent to fill the room.

​

3. Melting for up to 4 hours a day, your candle melts can last up to 2-3 days.

​

4. Electric plug-in candle warmers are recommended for the round melts. Do not use in a tea light warmer due to possible overflow. Wax brittle can be used in tea light warmer since those are required to be broken apart for usage.
